Everything we make is made-to-order.

We strive to craft flavors, colors, and shapes that complement your event theme or décor from that certain shade of blue you need to custom flavors such as mix and matching and sweetness level. We look forward to making your special moments a little bit sweeter.

Please keep in mind, we have a $100 minimum per custom order.

We do not take orders the week of. Our calendar is filled up 2-3 weeks out. Please get your order in early to make it on our calendar and avoid disappointment on both ends!


Available - Date is open for orders
Pending - Date has been reserved for a client going through the order process. Date is not considered booked until a client has approved a quote.
Taking Additional Orders - Smaller order(s) are booked for that day and we can take additional small orders
Booked - Date is booked up with orders, no more orders can be taken
Unavailable - Date is closed for orders

We try to keep our calendar as up-to-date as possible but it is not always reflective. Please check with us for the most up-to-date availability.

  • Download Catalog and decide on your desired items

  • Submit via the contact page OR email hello@winkbyerica.com with order, quantities, and inspiration photos. It's okay if you don't have any design ideas, we're happy to work with you on that.

  • We will send you a quote for your review and changes.

  • After you approve a quote, an invoice will be sent where you can pay by card online , Venmo, Quickpay or via cash (exact change please). Payment is due 2 weeks prior to your event.

  • Your order will be placed on the baking calendar and you're good to go.

2) Delivery for an additional fee

Cash, Venmo, Quickpay or Credit accepted. We do not take Paypal or Checks.

1 week notice - 75% refund
3 day notice - 50% refund
Less than 3 days - 0% refund
