Tastings

Tastings are held at The Creative Chateau (6104 San Felipe St) by appointment only.

$75 for a tasting. $25 credits back to you should you move forward on a wedding order of $500 or more.

Each tasting box consists of 6 mini cakes and is uniquely customized to your taste profile. All cakes are made from scratch and can be adjusted further (Sweeter, less sweet, pump up flavor, etc.) Other desserts can be provided upon request but is not guaranteed. Additional tastings are also $75+ but does not credit back to your order.

What can I expect for pricing?

Semi-Naked cakes start at $6.75 per serving and Buttercream cakes start at $7.50 per serving. Embellishments such as edible gold leaf, ombre, chocolate drip, etc. are extra. To get a more accurate quote, email a picture of what you're interested in to hello@winkbyerica.com.

Cake only customers spend $800+ and Dessert Table customers spend $1,500+

What's the largest cake size offered and how many tiers?

The largest cake size we offer is a 12" (56 servings). The most tiers we offer is 4 tiers (136 - 168 servings max). We cater to brides who are seeking a modern, alternative to the traditional, multi-tiered cakes with smaller cakes and custom dessert tables.

But what if I have a guest count of 300?

You can either do a cake spread or keep additional cake rounds in the kitchen (we call kitchen cakes) that are minimally decorated to serve after the cake cutting. Single tier cakes are also more cost effective.

I don't know where to start to estimate the amount of cake and desserts I need.

We suggest to have enough cake for about 80%-90% of your guests.
For dessert tables, we recommend 2-3 servings of dessert per guest.

Do you deliver and set up?

Yes! We deliver. Delivery fee is $100 (< 75 miles) or $150 (> 75 miles) and $1.50 per mile round trip from 6104 San Felipe Street.

For example, if your wedding is at McGovern Centennial Gardens (< 75 miles)
the fee is $100 + $12 (12 mi x $1.50 round trip) = $112.

If your wedding is at The Meekermark (> 75 miles)
the fee is $150 + $180 (120 mi x $1.50 round trip) = $330.

The delivery fee includes set up time as well. We will help you set up your cake and dessert table to the best of our abilities but we don't claim to be a stylist by any means.

We ONLY bring and set up desserts and cake stands if you rent them. We do not provide decor, linens, or flowers. All items must be at the cake table when we arrive.

Do you provide cake stands?

Cake stands are available for rent. Cakes DO NOT come with a cake stand - you can either rent from us, a rental vendor, or purchase yourself. Cake stand rentals are subject to another delivery fee for pick up at the end of your wedding. You can view available cake stands here: store.winkbyerica.com.

Do you have vendor recommendations?

Yes! Scroll on down to see vendors we personally love to work with and would vouch for as excellent in their craft. While these are our favorite, we recommend you meet each other and ensure they are a good fit for you.
